Our Process Control and Automation experience is extensive and ranges from small service call support efforts through large turnkey automation projects. Stone’s capabilities in this area range from front-end engineering support, Electrical Design, Control Panel design, drawing package / Schematic development, P&ID creation and/or verification and updates, Description of Operations, Software Requirements documentation, PLC programming, HMI configuration, Batch software development, In-house simulation / testing, and Factory Acceptance Testing through onsite checkout and startup.
Our StoneTek Information Systems group focuses on MES/MOM and Information systems projects including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Manufacturing Operations Management, WIP (work in process) and genealogy tracking, batch management, Data Historian, manufacturing information collection and reporting, quality systems, production scheduling, and connection to business systems.

StoneTek Consulting is a manufacturing consulting and program management group. We focus on the “internal” operational execution portion of the supply chain.
